Central Park

Located at 2893 145th Street West, Central Park is a hub of activity in Rosemount. The park features an amphitheater with tiered seating for 2,500 people on grass terraces and a band shell offering 1,200 square feet of floor space. This venue hosts evening music programs during Leprechaun Days, movies in the park during summer months, and various concerts and gatherings throughout the year. Additionally, the Rosemount Splash Pad at Central Park is open seasonally from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., providing a refreshing spot for families during warmer months.

Brockway Park

Situated at 13669 Bronze Parkway, Brockway Park is known for its disc golf course that attracts enthusiasts from the area. The park also includes a picnic shelter, playground equipment, a full-court basketball area, and horseshoe pits. Built in 2009 and opened in 2010, Brockway Park was named after the Brockway Glass Factory, which occupied the site from 1961 until 2004.

Erickson Park

Erickson Park, located at 14115 Brazil Avenue, spans 48.57 acres and offers facilities for softball tournaments and leagues, including five regulation softball fields, three with field lights, and four tennis courts. The park also features a picnic shelter, concession area, and walking trails. It is the site of the annual Leprechaun Days fireworks in July.

Dunmore Park

Completed in 2024, Dunmore Park is one of the newer additions to Rosemount’s park system. Located just southwest of Hwy 3 and 132nd St. West, the park offers a playground, green space, and a hammock grove for relaxation. The 0.6-acre park also includes a sun shelter and walking trail, making it a cozy spot for families and individuals seeking a peaceful outdoor experience.

Programs and Activities

The Rosemount Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of programs and activities for all ages, including camps, leagues, sports, and day trips. Residents can register for programs online or by submitting a completed registration form with payment by mail or in person at the Parks & Recreation office located in the lower level of City Hall.
